After decades in the salon industry, navigating my own health challenges, early menopause, and the emotional realities many women quietly carry, I started seeing the bigger picture.

I realised something important: most salon owners do not need more hustle. They need better structure. Better boundaries. Better support.
So I shifted my focus. Going against the expected industry hustle, I developed a business that honoured my values and needs. One structured on sustainable growth, ultimately reigniting my love for hair.
